Terms & Conditions for Westgate Vacation Villas:

• Attendance at a 2-hour sales presentation including breakfast at Westgate Vacation Villas sales center is required. Tour time is determined and assigned at time of check by Westgate Lakes, not Vacation Paradise. No exceptions.

Qualifications

Married or Co-habitating Couples

• Between the ages of 28-68
• Both individuals must present a valid drivers license or state issued I.D.
• Both parties must provide proof of matching addresses by either a valid photo identification or another form of government issued identification. 
• A major credit card belonging to one of the guests touring the resort must be presented at check-in to participate, however charges may be paid on a check/debit card
  (a prepaid credit card of debit card is NOT considered a valid credit card.)
• Both Partners must attend the sales presentation together (couples must provide proof of same address)
• Gross combined household income of $60,000 a year

*Single females (single meaning divorced, widowed, or never married), debit cards, and certain counties in Florida are elgible during pre-determined dates. Please call for more details 888-586-9654.

Sorry, but single men and full-time students Do NOT qualify.

Participants must be fluent in English or Spanish.

Cancellations may be made within 10 days of purchasing the vacation package with the exception of 72 business hours before check in where a fee of $35 plus the first nights room rate at the non-promotional price. Otherwise any cancellation made outside of 10 days of purchase are subject to a $35 fee plus the first night's room rate at the non-promotional rate. Non-refundable on day or check in. No refunds will be made for no-shows and early checkouts/unused nights. Refunds will only be made to orignal card used to purchase package, no exceptions.

If you need to change the dates of arrival we can do this without a fee up to 72 buisness hours prior to check in.

The sales presentation will take place on a day during the vacation stay (Except Day of Arrival & Day of Departure).

Only one promotional package per family, group or friends vacationing with same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Extra rooms may be available for family and friends at a discounted rate; however, only one party will receive the discounted package price.

Monitored childcare is provided (complimentary) for those between the ages of 3 and 12 during the sales presentation.

Offer subject to change without notice. This offer is not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Employees or relatives of employees of the resort(s) or resort exchange companies, current owners, and guests who have touring the hosting resort in the last 12 months are not qualified.

Orlandominivacations.com holds no discretion over the terms and conditions of this package. as they are set by the resort developer. If Orlandominivacations.com believes that the terms and conditions of the package are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any package before the arrival date.

Orlandominivacations.com is not responsible for any purchases made for your vacation outside of the purchased package, this includes but is not limited to: airfare, transportation, park or event tickets, guided tours, etc...

In the event OrlandoMiniVacations.com is informed by the hotel or touring resort that either your selected travel dates, accommodations, or presentation have become unavailable, OrlandoMiniVacations.com reserves the right to offer substitute accommodations of equal or greater value, or alternative touring location if available, or you will receive a full refund for the total monies paid to OrlandoMiniVacations.com.

Important Note: Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Terms and Conditions, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation or at time of check-in for the presentation are found to Not Qualify, Will Not receive a refund, and will be charged the non promotional rate of the room, per night depending seasonal rate, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any tickets included in package, less any payment made by the participant. Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations within 72 hours of their reserved date, will forfeit the package purchase price.
