Orlandominivacations.com reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under which this website is offered and you agree to accept and be bound by those terms, conditions, and notices that are in effect at the time of your use of Vacation Paradise Travel Group’s Web site and facilities. You agree and continue to agree to use our services in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in the policies and guidelines outlined below.

Features on this Web site are provided solely to assist customers in determining the availability of travel-related goods and services and to make legitimate reservations or otherwise transact business with suppliers, and for no other purposes.

You affirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement and use this Web site in accordance with all terms and conditions herein. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Web site and will supervise all usage of this Web site by minors under your name or account.

You also warrant that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this Web site is true and accurate. You agree to make only legitimate reservations or purchases for you or for another person for whom you are legally authorized to act on this Web site. Separate terms and conditions will apply to your reservation and purchase of travel-related goods and services that you select.

You agree to abide by the terms or conditions of purchase imposed by any supplier with whom you elect to deal, including, but not limited to, payment of all amounts when due and compliance with the supplier's rules and restrictions regarding availability and use of fares, products, or services. You understand that any violation of any such supplier's conditions of purchase may result in cancellation of your reservation(s) or purchase, or in your forfeiting any monies paid for such reservation(s) or purchase, and in Orlandominivacations.com debiting your account for any costs Orlandominivacations.com incurs as a result of such violation. You shall be completely responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments arising out of the use of this Web site.

Discounted Vacation Offers / Ticket Offers

Attendance at a 90-120 minute tour and sales presentation of designated Resort is required and in order for the discounted rate to be valid. Failure to meet the qualifications and attend the sales presentation will result in a penalty equal to the retail rate of the gift, incentive, and/or $100 per night of stay.

Reservations based upon availability. All participants must check in at the Welcome Center upon arrival and must present a major credit card and photo I.D. When you get to the resort, the front desk will place a pre-authorized (not a charge) on your credit card. If you do not have a credit card, a $200 cash deposit is required. Check Cards are not accepted. Rates are slightly higher during peak and holiday seasons. Blackout dates may apply. Additional nights and attraction tickets are available at discounted prices. Additional person charges apply. All reservations are subject to availability and based on a first come, first served basis. Travel must be completed within one year from the date of purchase.

No taxes, gratuities, transportation or meals are included in this offer unless specified in the confirmation letter. Promotion is void where prohibited by law and where state registration and/or licensing requirements have not been met. This offer is non-transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other promotion. This offer is not available to groups, family reunions (three or more families traveling together), current designated resorts owners, designated resorts employees and their immediate families, or persons who have toured the same designated Resort location within the last 12 months. Offer subject to change without notice. One offer per household. Offer not valid for persons residing within 60 miles of any of the designated Resort property.

CANCELLATION/CHANGE POLICY

Cancellations may be made within 30 days of purchasing the vacation package, otherwise any cancellation/change made within 72 hours of arrival is subject to a $35 fee plus the first night's room rate at the non-promotional rate. Any cancellation/change made outside of 72 hours will result in a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be made for no-shows and early checkouts.

Ticket Purchase Policy

Orlandominivacations.com sells accommodations and attraction admissions on behalf of its vendors which means Vacation Paradise Travel Group does not set the prices, determining seating locations or room selections. Occasionally, shows are cancelled or postponed for a variety of reasons. If the show is cancelled, please contact us for information on receiving a refund from the responsible party.

Access and Interference

You agree that you will not use any automatic devices or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained thereon or for any other unauthorized purpose without prior written permission from Vacation Paradise Travel Group. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of Orlandominivacations.com. You agree that you will not take any action that puts an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works, or publicly display any content (except for your own personal, non-commercial use) from our website without the prior expressed written permission of Vacation Paradise Travel Group.
