We at Vacation Paradise want our guests to know how much we value their business and that they are getting the best value for their hard earned money. That is why we have our Price Match guarantee which is our promise to you that you are getting the best package for you and your family!

Our Price Match Guarantee works like this: If you can find the same vacation package we offer for less money - we will refund the package difference to you!

If you find a lower price on a competitor's website, let us know within 48 hours of booking your original vacation package reservation with the following information:
 
1. Vacation Paradise Reservation Confirmation Number
2. Our Package Price and the Competitor's Package Price you found
3. Direct internet link to where the lower Package was found
4. Your contact information (Name, Phone Number, Email Address)
Upon verification of the information, We Will Refund the Package Difference Entirely!

Terms & Conditions:

Before claiming a Price Match Guarantee claim, you must have booked a package on OrlandoMiniVacations.com and received a valid reservation confirmation number from us. You must submit the claim of your finding a lower rate on another website by sending us an email at Confirmations@OrlandoMiniVacations.com within 48 hours of your original reservation. We must be able to verify the lower rate on the other website. The lower rate on the other website must be for the same hotel or resort, same room type, same dates, same number of guests, same type of theme park tickets, in the same currency (US Dollars), and must be publicly viewable (i.e., the general public must be able to view the price and package on the website) and book it (i.e., the rate is currently available and can be reserved online) via the Internet.
 
We must be able to verify to our satisfaction that your claim meets all of the conditions of our Price Match Guarantee and these Terms and Conditions, and that the claim has been submitted following the procedures listed above. For the purposes of our Best Package Price Guarantee program, our package price includes the room and all gifts and services listed. Provided you meet all of the conditions herein, we will honor the lower package price found on the other website. This program is not available for packages that have not been paid in full at the time of purchase.
 
The terms of our Price Match Guarantee program do not apply to the following rates or offers which may be found on another website: Any special rates that are available only to members of membership clubs or programs, negotiated rates, corporate rates, convention/group rates, wholesale rates, affinity/ association/government rates, rates that require coupon/certificate redemption, rates that are part of a travel package, deal, or bundle which includes more than hotel accommodations and theme park tickets, such as parking, meals, airfare, etc. Rates offered without the specific hotel and location being disclosed until the consumer completes the booking process or any other special or promotional offers or discounts.
No cash or other substitution, assignment, or transfer of a Best Package Price Guarantee rate will be permitted, except as expressly set forth herein. Package price difference will be refunded to the original card used to purchase your vacation package with us.
 
Offer void where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to modify, alter, suspend, or terminate our Price Match Guarantee program at any time without prior notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any individual or entity found to be tampering with our Best Package Price Guarantee process or operation of the program, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or in a fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive manner. Any claim that is determined to be incomplete, inaccurate, or is otherwise determined to be fraudulent, disruptive, or deceptive, in our sole discretion, will not be honored and will be disqualified and denied automatically.
