What is included in our vacation Package?

For details on your package regarding accommodations and attraction tickets included, please refer to our Vacation Package page or your confirmation email. There you will find all pertaining information concerning your purchase.

What do our theme park tickets cover?

Different tickets cover different parts of the theme parks. You may find this information on the Theme Park Tickets page on our website. There you will find the ticket specific information and how it applies to the theme parks of your choice. Our Vacation Package page as well as your confirmations e-mail will list your tickets in detail regarding how many days and what parks they give access to.

Are taxes included?

The price you pay for your package has the taxes already figured in at the time of your purchase. Our representatives inform you of what these are, and there are no additional taxes to be paid at the time of your check in unless otherwise specified by our representative at the time of purchase. Most of our packages are tax inclusive, but some resorts insist on collecting taxes at time of check in, and for these we will not charge taxes at time of purchase.

When will we receive our confirmation e-mail?

Reservations are confirmed within 48 hours of purchase. Confirmation letters are sent to our customers by email. When a guest makes a purchase, our agent gives a reference number which they can use to track their purchase with our company.

Reservation Deadlines

Reservations are processed on a “First Come, First Served” basis. The minimum amount of time required is 48 hours and maximum of 18 months from check in date. Due to the popularity of Orlando Theme Parks we do advice our customers to reserve with as much time in anticipation as possible, since during our peak seasons it is common for accommodations to fill up. Our packages are valid for 18 months from purchase date, so it’s never too early to reserve. Book your vacation package now!

Cancellation Policy

There is to be no cancellation fee unless your arrival date is within 72 hours of arrival. In this case our cancellation policy comes into effect. You may change your Theme Park Tickets selection up to 5 days before arrival at no charge or penalty. All sales are final upon receipt of Theme Park Tickets.

We will charge a $75 fee if cancelled within 72 hours of your arrival date. Less than 24 hours prior to your arrival or for no shows, one night charge plus tax or $100 per room, whichever is greater, will be retained. No returns or refunds will be issued for early check outs or unused nights.

Cancellations may be made by contacting our agents by phone within 30 days of purchase. Calling the hotel or resort directly is not considered a cancellation and therefore will not be honored as such. To cancel your purchase you may call us at 888-871-8770. For after hours, please make sure to leave a message expressing your desire to cancel your package and one of our representatives will return you call within the next 24 hours.

Rescheduling

We will happily reschedule or change the dates of your reservation (depending on availability) up to one week before arrival date at no additional fee. If applicable, the guest will have to pay the difference between the original package purchase price and the package’s price. To reschedule or for customer support, you may call us at 888-871-8770 a minimum of one week prior to your arrival date or scheduled check in date.

If you choose to add additional days to your stay once you have checked into your accommodations, these will be charged at the resort rate and not the promotional price. All changes need to be made before your stay to ensure maximizing your savings by receiving the promotional prices for all days.

Payment

Payment for our packages takes place when you finalize your vacation package with one of our friendly representatives over the phone. Historically, Theme Parks increase their admission prices each year at their own discretion. For this reason we recommend paying for your package in full at the time of reservation so that we may hold the tickets in stock for you at current prices. If you elect to go with one of our payment plans please be aware that when you do make your final payment, if admission prices have changed, we will have to alter your package price accordingly to reflect this increase.

Your credit card information will be required at the time of your reservation. The confirmation letter arrives 48 hours after booking and at that time your credit card is charged for the agreed upon amount.

Can single men buy Timeshare?

This is a good question, and of course that a single man can buy a timeshare when he wants, but many resorts do not extend their promotions to single men. Nobody is excluded from doing a tour or buying a timeshare, but only the promotional rates are not being offered to single men by the resorts at this time. If you have any questions regarding this policy, we advice that you call the resort directly as they may be able to furnish any further information.

Is there any obligation besides doing a tour?

Absolutely none! There is no obligation besides doing the tour. We only ask that when you do the tour you and your family take the time to enjoy yourselves while keeping an open mind. The vacation reps that work for the resort will be very informational and will show you how you can spend a lifetime of vacationing in style and affordability.

Can I attend the presentation on the day of my check in or check out?

No, the presentations are not offered on the days you check in or the day you check out.

If I don’t attend the presentation, what will happen?

Failure to attend the presentation will result in having to pay the penalty plus the regular cost for all of the nights that you will be staying with and whatever discount and incentive you may have received.

How many times must I attend a presentation?

Only once during your vacation stay.

At what times are the presentations?

It depends on what resort you visit, but they are generally at 7:30 am, 10:30 am, and 12:30 pm, seven days a week.

Can I take my children to the presentation?

It is best to make arrangements for the children before you do your presentation. However, the resorts do offer daycare of children between the ages of 3 to 12 years old, and the daycare is usually located in the same building where you will be attending your presentation. Children must be potty trained.

Can I attend without my spouse being present?

No, married couples and cohabitating couples must attend together.

How long is the tour/presentation?

The presentation lasts an average of 90 minutes to 2 hours, depending on your level of interest.

As Seller of Travel, our services are limited to making the reservation on the resort you selected, paying for such accommodations and (if included in the vacation package), paying and delivering the tickets to your resort or hotel. All incidentals are the guest’s responsibilities. We are NOT responsible for the actual fulfillment of the services from either the hotel or the Theme Parks and any complaints should be addressed directly with the service provider (hotel or theme park) not to us. How do I know this is not a scam?

We are licensed and bonded in the State of Florida as a "Seller of Travel. Please call the State of Florida and ask them about us. Since they license travel companies in Florida they know if there are complaints against us. The State of Florida also requires us to carry a bond. This is your insurance of our performance when you purchase any of our packages.
