Terms & Conditions for Resort Preview Tour:

• Attendance at a 2-hour sales presentation including breakfast at one of our nearby resorts is required. Tour time is determined and assigned by touring resort, not Vacation Paradise. No exceptions.

Qualifications Option #1 (Westgate Resort)

Married or Co-habitating Couples

• Between the ages of 28-68
• Both individuals must present a valid drivers license or state issued I.D.
• A major credit card belonging to one of the guests touring the resort must be presented at check-in to participate, however charges may be paid on a check/debit card
  (a prepaid credit card of debit card is NOT considered a valid credit card.)
• Both Partners must attend the sales presentation together (couples must provide proof of same address)
• Gross combined household income of $60,000 a year

Qualifications Option #2 (Mystic Dunes Resort)

Married or Co-habitating Couples

• Between the ages of 25-67 (married) or 27-67 (co-habitating)
• Both individuals must present a valid drivers license or state issued I.D.
• A major credit card belonging to one of the guests touring the resort must be presented at check-in to participate, however charges may be paid on a check/debit card
  (a prepaid credit card of debit card is NOT considered a valid credit card.)
• Both Partners must attend the sales presentation together (couples must provide proof of same address)
• Gross combined household income of $45,000 a year

Single women (single meaning divorced, widowed, or never married)

• Between the ages of 30-67 (separated, pending divorce, or traveling without spouse does not qualify)
• Must have a valid drivers license or a state issued I.D.
• A major credit card belonging to the guest touring the resort must be presented at check-in to participate, however charges may be paid on a check/debit card
  (a prepaid credit card of debit card is NOT considered a valid credit card.)
• Gross household income of $45,000 a year

Travelers from the following counties in Florida are not eligible for this promotion:

• Volusia, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Brevard


• Not eligible if you have previously toured hosting resort within the past 12 months.
• No "group" tours will be accepted (more than two families occupying the same room). All reservations are subject to availability.
• These Vacation Packages are subject to our cancellation policy; Cancellations may be made within 30 days of purchasing the vacation package, otherwise any cancellation/change made within 72 hours of arrival is subject to a $35 fee plus the first night's room rate at the non-promotional rate. Any cancellation/change made outside of 72 hours will result in a $35 processing fee. No refunds will be made for no-shows and early checkouts/unused nights.
• Failure to give 72 hour notice will also result in forfeiture of your vacation package. Should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, please contact customer service at 888-586-9654 prior to 72 hour in advance of this confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will help you select other travel dates within the next 12 months period.
• No refunds for early departures.
• Offer subject to change without notice. This offer is not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Orlandominivacations.com holds no discretion over the terms and conditions of this package. The Terms and Conditions are set forth by the resort developer. If Orlandominivacations.com believes that the terms and conditions of the package are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any package before the arrival date.

Orlandominivacations.com is not responsible for any purchases made for your vacation outside of the purchased package, this includes but is not limited to: airfare, transportation, park or event tickets, guided tours, etc...

Orlando Vacation Packages are Non-Refundable but they are good for a period of 1 Year from time of booking. If you need to change the dates of arrival we can do this without a fee. The only time that we charge a fee is if you call on date of arrival and need to change the dates of travel we charge a $75 fee.

Important Note:

Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Terms and Conditions, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation or who are found to Not Qualify at time of presentation Will Not receive a refund, and/or will have charged to their credit or check card minimum of $250 per night up to $375 per night for a 2 bedroom or a minimum of $200 per night up to$300 a night for 1 bedroom accommodations, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant.

Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations within 72 hours of their reserved date, will forfeit the package purchase price.

By making a reservation in response to this promotion, you are agreeing to this policy.
