Terms & Conditions for Resort Preview Tour:

• Attendance at a 90 minute sales presentation at Vacation Village sales center is required after a meal (Friday-Tuesday there is a light meal and Wednesday-Thursday taken to restaurant.) Tour time is determined and assigned by Vacation Village, not Vacation Paradise. No exceptions.

Married or Co-habitating Couples

• Between the ages of 28-68
• Both individuals must present a valid drivers license or state issued I.D.
• A major credit card or debit card (with Visa or Mastercard logo) belonging to one of the guests touring the resort must be presented at check-in/tour time to participate
  (a prepaid credit card of debit card is NOT considered a valid credit card.)
• Both Partners must attend the sales presentation together (couples must provide proof of same address)
• Gross combined household income of $50,000 a year

Travelers from the following counties in Florida are not eligible for this promotion:

• Seminole, Orange, Osceola, Lake, Polk, Brevard, Volusia, or Dade

Travelers from the following countries are not eligible for this promotion:

• South Africa, Venezuela, Argentina, Quebec, or India


• Not eligible if you have previously toured Vacation Village in the last 6 months or purchased a product from a Vacation Village affiliated property or were a member of Voyages in the last 12 months. Not available to employees of Vacation Village or affiliated companies, singles or full time students.
• No "group" tours will be accepted (more than two families occupying the same room). All reservations are subject to availability. Only one promotional package per family, group or friends vacationing with same, similar or adjoining arrival and departure dates. Extra rooms may be available for family and friends at a discounted rate; however, only one party will receive the discounted package price.
• These Vacation Packages are subject to our cancellation policy; Cancellations may be made within 10 days of purchasing the vacation package (with the exception of 72 business hours prior to check in, where fees apply); otherwise any cancellation made after 10 days of purchase and prior to 72 business hours of arrival is subject to a $35 fee plus the first night’s room rate at the non-promotional rate. No refunds will be made on day of check in or for early checkouts/unused nights. Refunds will only be made to the original card used to purchase package. No Exceptions. Please contact customer service at 888 586 9654 for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Failure to give 72 business hour notice will also result in forfeiture of your vacation package. Should you desire to re-schedule your arrival date, please contact customer service at 888-586-9654 prior to 72 hour in advance of this confirmed arrival date, and based upon availability, we will help you select other travel dates within a travel window extending to May 18th 2012.
• No refunds for early departures.
• Offer subject to change without notice. This offer is not transferable and is not valid in conjunction with any other offer.

Orlandominivacations.com holds no discretion over the terms and conditions of this package. The Terms and Conditions are set forth by the resort developer. If Orlandominivacations.com believes that the terms and conditions of the package are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any package before the arrival date.

Orlandominivacations.com is not responsible for any purchases made for your vacation outside of the purchased package, this includes but is not limited to: airfare, transportation, park or event tickets, guided tours, etc...

Important Note:

Participants in the promotion who do not meet the qualifications set forth in the above Terms and Conditions, including those who fail to attend the sales presentation or who are found to Not Qualify at time of presentation Will Not receive a refund, and/or will have charged to their credit or check card minimum of $250 per night up to $375 per night for a 2 bedroom or a minimum of $200 per night up to$300 a night for 1 bedroom accommodations, plus all applicable taxes and the actual cost of any additional gifts awarded, less any payment made by the participant.

Participants with confirmed reservations who fail to check into their reserved accommodations on the first reserved date or who fail to reschedule their reservations within 72 hours of their reserved date, will forfeit the package purchase price.
